APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you please provide us with 24-hour notice. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency. 

However, if last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.


 Here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees: Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointments. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service amount. As a courtesy, a text/email to confirm the date and time is sent at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.


LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

All our services have a specific time frame and are scheduled as such. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. If you choose not to reschedule, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost.


CHILDREN POLICY

While we are child friendly and offer a number of children's services, we cannot accommodate nor be held liable for unsupervised children. Please note that if you bring your child along to any service without another adult present to supervise them, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for a day and time that you can have a sitter lined up. If you choose not to reschedule, you will be charged according to our Cancellation Policy. It is very important to us that you and all of our clients are able to enjoy your service and time here in a calm environment where safety is our number one concern.
